At Olzin, we stand behind the quality of our Bio-Enzyme formula. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

• Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase or before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us at +91 8140900108 for immediate cancellation.

• Returns: Given the nature of our products (liquids/cleaning agents), we accept returns only if the product is received in a damaged or leaked condition.

• Refunds: Once we receive your return request and proof of damage (photos/videos), we will inspect it and notify you. If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

• Shipping on Returns: In case of damaged products, Olzin will bear the cost of return shipping.
